Claire Melton is one of the partners based at our King’s Lynn office. Claire joined Stephenson Smart in 1996 and qualified in 2001, she acts for a variety of clients within all areas of business, tax advisory and accountancy.
Claire is our specialist in probate and trust work and a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She specialises in Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax matters, the use of trusts and agriculture.
Away from our King’s Lynn office, Claire is at home in a pair of wellies and loves the great outdoors. She lives on a farm with her husband, two children and dogs.
