Covid-19: Business Interruption Guidance

12th May, 2020, Melanie Harriss

In line with the latest government advice our offices remain closed, as we are able to communicate with and support our clients and continue to work on their accounts from our homes.

We are organising with clients to receive their books, please contact us to arrange this.

Keep safe and well – from the team at Stephenson Smart.

Covid-19: Business Interruption Guidance

19th March, 2020, Melanie Harriss

The Coronavirus outbreak is leading us all to change our behaviour, in line with Government guidance, to best manage the unprecedented times we find ourselves in.

Our main concern is the health and wellbeing of our staff, clients, and communities. With this in mind, and in line with the latest advice, our offices are now closed.

However, we are still available via email and on the phone to help and support our clients during this challenging time. Our teams are being fully supported to work from home and we have planned to ensure our IT infrastructure is robust enough to allow this to happen securely.

We are also mindful that we still need to be able to receive clients’ records, so that we can process them. We can accommodate the dropping off/collecting of records, but this is by prior arrangement only by contacting the office/partner who usually oversees your accounts.

Full contact details for all partners and offices can be found here.
